The wait times are ridiculous. Receptionists are lovely but under the pump and appointment times are from 9am but Dr Ghan doesn't come into the surgery till 2-3pm.

No doubt he's a good doctor but needs to stop taking on ppl who use him as a therapist instead of a doctor. Quite a few times I didn't leave the surgery untill after 2am. Needless to say we have found a new doctor and we are in and out within half hour

Dr Michael Ghan is a thorough, caring, compassionate, dedicated Doctor. He was our family doctor during the 90's & I am happy to say that I am returning in 2023 to have Michael as my family doctor permanently once again as I have never found such a caring doctor as he is ever.

As stated by others, The waiting time is absolutely ridiculous. Minimum waiting time is at least 2hrs! Every time i have been there even if there is only two people in the waiting room before me i have waited over 2hrs but most times 3-4 hrs wait!!!! Majority of the times I've had to go to this place I've fallen asleep sick as a dog and been woken up 3-4hrs later to go in and see Dr Ghan. Problem is he spends at least 30-40mins with each person for no reason and he takes on a lot of seniors which he conveniently gives phone calls too to let them know when to come in so they don't have to wait 4hrs like the rest of us. Problem is you walk in and only see the ppl in the waiting room and think the wait will be short but in reality he could have a bunch of older patience arriving through the back entrance which you don't see in the waiting room and have to sit there for absolutely hours.

3 1/2 Hr waiting time. 4.30 appointment time and NOT seen until 8pm (even the receptionist had gone home) only to be told he couldn't help and it was "too complex". This was for a basic script. When I politely pointed out we had been waiting for over 3 hrs I was told

"I DON'T like confrontational people".

ZERO stars BAD service, BAD manners and just RUDE. STAY AWAY.

Dr great! wait time well gotta wait for him coz hes old school and actually cares and is very thorough with you hes not jus ur doc you go to for a sick note , that case youll be disappointed
