Reception staff, nurses and doctors are all really friendly and warm. The nurse took me through prior to my appointment to run through a health update and then Dr Sze Wei Teh took me through right at my appointment time, took the time to listen to me and thoroughly explained the next steps after my appointment. A really great experience overall and would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Poor experience. Multiple tests were ordered without my knowledge or consent, and no one explained the costs upfront. The recommended lab charged far above the Medicare rate. Felt like a preset routine, not personalised care. Very disappointing lack of transparency. I would not return.
