Good place for medical examination for you. Quiet place than city. Nice staff including doctors and nurses will look after you and give you guidance. Well organised place. Parking available on site.

I have been attending the practice for over 11 years and the doctors and nurses are helpful, friendly & kind & the practice clean and tidy, but the reception staff are a different matter. They come across abrupt, unhelpful & treat patients like they are a nuisance. I have put in a few feedback forms to the manager & nothing changes. Please employ staff who are warm and friendly and enjoy working with the general public & are trained how to speak to people in a warm, friendly and empathetic manner.

I am utterly appalled by the egregious incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by this medical practice.

My appointment, initially set for 2:30 PM, was unilaterally changed to 5:00 PM via their own communication.

Arriving precisely at the rescheduled time, the receptionist insisted my appointment remained at 2:30 PM, placing the blame squarely on me for adhering to their updated instructions.

This is a clear case of victim-blaming. Adding insult to injury, a male staff member then subjected me to verbal abuse, demonstrating a complete disregard for patient care and problem-solving.

Their refusal to rectify their error is unacceptable. I have never encountered such a level of disrespect. I don't regret giving him the bird.

Staff are very lovely, it’s just that I came here as recommended by a friend who swears by this place. I arrived around 12pm scared that maybe having a stroke. They told me up to 3 hours wait, understanding.
When I arrived it was full of people who have all been seen and gone. There are still new people coming in and getting seen before me. I’ve now been here 4 and 1/2 hours.
Would’ve been quicker at the hospital.
All I get is your next.
Again lovely staff but this is so bad, hopefully it wasn’t and isn’t a stroke but wow still waiting to be seen. So bad

This morning I took my father here for a medical examination. My house is across the street but I didn't know this place was an emergency clinic. I'm very happy because the nurses and doctors here are very good and the man who did the ultrasound for my father was very cheerful and friendly. I'm really grateful to everyone here, my father is fine and better now.

An excellent practice, Dr Zoppa is an absolute gentleman, the admin do their best under stressful situations and Gov cutbacks for Medicare. Don't forget to bring your medicare card and expect a short wait. Overall, an excellent practice

Really lovely, patient and personable staff both reception, nursing and doctors who provide attentive care at short notice. Dr. Simonds listened to my symptoms and will likely be the reason I don't end up in hospital with pneumonia. Highly recommend.
