I am very disappointed with the reception I received today when I called at 9:00 AM. The staff was quite rude and seemed solely focused on money, rather than offering help or alternative options. Even with my Medicare blue card, they didn’t seem to know anything. It’s fine if you donot know, but it's unacceptable to dismiss it as fake medicare card. If you cant find on the system, you have alternative way to help. This has been my worst experience ever!

I had been searching for a family Dr for quite some time as we were about to start a family. I am so glad I found Choice of Living Health Centre, I am beyond impressed with Dr Wong and her team, they are so thorough and take a wholistic approach to health which is exactly what I was seeking in a GP for my family. I have total confidence in both Dr Wong & Dr Wallace and know that they genuinely hold my familys health and wellbeing as their top priority.
