Had a mental health crisis and had a doctor book an appointment on behalf of me asking for a mental health plan for me. I walk in and I tell her what the appointment is. And she’s confused. She gets me to fill out a tiny form about my feelings. Prints off a letter. And says that’s the whole appointment. Less than 5 minutes long. A mental health appointment is meant to be 20 minutes long. Your meant to actually speak to your client. It’s obvious you don’t care about your clients or mental health. I won’t be coming back ever

very poor experience when trying to book my kids in for flu vaccine. The receptionist blamed me not to call but booked online as the vaccine is only available for private patients not for children. Why don’t they make it clear on the website by stating the new flu vaccine is available Tried very hard to make it by being treating with blame?

Never been here but had an emergency and rang in case they could see my husband who had a fall. Normal doctors surgery of 50 years, couldn’t fit me in. Bring him down they said. Greeted by Joseph. Amazing customer service! Saw Dr Chunli Jiang. What a lovely doctor. So thorough and kind. Treatment by two nurses, who were so friendly. I could not speak more highly of this wonderful medical centre. Coming here in future. Thank you.

I booked a last minute evening appointment for my daughter. Not only was I able to book an after hours appointment I was also able to book this only two hours in advance! At other GP practices I have had to wait days for an appointment. At the appointment the doctor was running on time. Dr Han had a lovely bedside manner with myself and my daughter he was thorough with his assessment and conclusive with diagnosis and treatment. 10/10

Give this place a miss. They may get you an appt quick, but don't trust them. The reception staff is rude and incompetent, especially the practice manager, Sally. She is a control freak and runs the show. Most doctors are pleasant, but a misdiagnosis has made my life hell. Seriously, go somewhere that will be conducive to your needs and not fob you off for having emotions.

saw doctor h… he prescribed me a medication, in which i asked would this affect my other medications he said no not at all you will be fine i promise you… I had the most troubles ever as it did IN FACT affect my other medications, he has really messed it up this time, let along put me on such a high dose which i’ve been told is not meant to happen, really unhappy i wasted over $100 on a medication that i can’t even use as he told me wrong information and put me on the wrong dose unbelievable i feel so upset i should’ve read the reviews, i deserve an apology and a call from doctor h himself

I’ve always had excellent care here. Dr. Essam Khalil is wonderful and always takes the time to help sort out my problems. The staff are courteous and professional, and I always receive wonderful and friendly service. I am quite happy with the standard and quality of care. I am always treated with respect and have my concerns attended to. I highly recommend this medical practice.

A few days ago, I was seen by Dr Yuhe Han, who is a greedy money grabber from my point of view.

Less than 5 minutes consultation, and I was charged well more than a standard consultation fee. He has no care about your health, but money. I'll never book any appointment for this guy anymore, and wouldn't put any recommendation for anyone to see him, who is the worst doctor that I have met.

I'd like to give zero star to him, but the lowest rate is 1 star. I really don't think that he is worth 1 star.
