Excellent staff and love the swimming teachers who motivate the kids and help them a lot during their lessons. Communication via emails about the public holidays and closure of pool is on time. Easy to book make up lessons and switch classes online. Appreciate how kids can play in the pool before or after their lesson which is not an option in most of the swimming centres.

The facilities are great and I honestly really love the gym and pool. Unfortunatly there are some negatives. If you want to lane swim you better be prepared for kids to basically jump/dive on you (I was kicked in the face by a kid bombing into my lane while doing backstroke so I didn’t see them) or hit you will balls while lane swimming, the lifeguards will do nothing at all to stop this. Also, just be wary if you sign up they will charge you a $15 “admin fee” if you are even a minute late paying EVERY TIME. They will not let you know this fee exists. If you want to cancel your membership they will say there is no exit fee but it’s a lie. You will have to pay for 2 weeks in order to leave. They don’t class it as an exit fee but a fee you have to pay in order to exit sounds like an exit fee to me.
All in all the gym is genuinely better than others but these things really bring it down for me sadly.

One of the worst pools in Adelaide in my opinion. The live lane tracker is never correct. When it says there’s all lanes open expect only 1-3 to be open. Even if there’s 3 open there’s always kids playing and throwing stuff in one or 2 of the lanes. I check each time going to the pool and attend at a time where it says there are all 8 lanes open only to show up with 3 lanes, kids everywhere jumping and throwing stuff in the lanes with a blow up castle, 6 people in each of the 3 lanes, it’s a nightmare. It’s a waste of time and petrol. I’ve even scanned in a few times get to the pool and walk right out due to the chaos wasting one of my visits. The lifeguards do nothing when kids are throwing stuff in the lanes etc. I have even emailed a few times with the concerns and there have been no changes. If you want to do lane swimming go anywhere else. The change rooms are also always disgusting and so dirty. I usually just wrap myself in my towel and walk straight out avoiding the rooms at all cost.

Excellent facilities. Easy parking. Swimming pools are always busy and it’s especially nice to see people with disabilities being catered for. I take my client here for lessons and he loves it. The disabled change rooms are in good, clean condition and very spacious. Cafe is at entrance to the centre.
