I can not recommend this practice enough - Dr Wong is always ready to give you the time you need, he is thorough and considerate. The receptionist, Michelle is just amazing, I have always been able to get an appointment when I really need it, when Michelle tells you she is going to follow something up on your behalf, you can rest assured that she will do as she says and that you will get a courtesy call to advise on the progress of your request. Natasha who also works there has a beautiful manner - I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of these lovely ladies who always provide a warm welcome. Dr Wong is a great doctor and he has a great reception team in Michelle and Natasha to support him and his patients, I am so grateful to the Angle Vale Family Practice team. Highly recommend this practice.

Reception workers are always lovely and willing to help. Always try their best even when they are book out or busy.
I have seen all 3 doctors either for myself, dad or my children. They all have different reasons for being good doctors, I have always had good outcomes, either results or referred on to specialist with more knowledge in the areas required.
I would recommend angle vale family practice. With the growth in the area they are taking on more people, I believe they are worth the wait.

Dr Michelle is one of the best doctors I've seen. She is great at listening and good with my kids. The girls at the reception desk are always friendly and helpful. I've been going here for years since Dr Wong started. Its good to see the new building being built for the much growing area.

I wish I had seen Dr Wong instead of Dr Michelle unfortunately I couldn't get in with Dr Wong so I opted for her instead. Let me first say the receptionist at the front desk were fantastic and so friendly, then I got called in by Dr Michelle the most rude, horrible doctor I have come across ever! She practically couldn't get me out of the there quick enough, I was trying to ask questions because I was worried about a few issues and you could clearly see by her expressions on her face she was not Interested! I will go back to the practice but I will see Dr Wong who i have heard nothing but how wonderful and fantastic he is! Please Angle Vale you need to get rid of her! I went home very upset!

Thank you for all your medical help and support for my family of 6. Your caring staff are always helpful both over the phone and when they greet us with a smile when we walk in. Both Dr Wong and Dr Michelle are very caring doctors that I can’t imagine our health care without them. They are only too happy to answer our questions and concerns and when needed have guided us to extremely good specialists. Great Job by an amazing team!!

I have been seeing DR Wong for many years and he is amazing. But today i was spoken to very rudely and even told that if i missed another appointment i would be unable to attend the clinic. I was very shocked as i have a brain injury and have memory issues which is why i couldnt remember my appointment my ndis plan has been changed im not getting help atm. My mental state isnt well im desperately needing a dr help. Im missing my medication. I wanted to try to explain this to the receptionist but instead of listening to me the receptionist called Michelle just hung up on me... i just held the phone in my hands and burst into tears ive never felt so bullied in all my life... so discracful.. i didnt say or do anything to deseve this.. even if i had i still dodnt deserve this.. In my eyes Michelle needs to find another job suited to her because this is not how you treat people who are sick and in need.. just to clarifie i do not have any other issues with this clinic or dr wong just that person ... Michelle .... name and shame ... Michelle ... not very nice

Angle Vale Family Practice is absolutely fantastic. All of the doctors are kind, thorough and always on time, and the receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The best service I’ve had at a GP.
