I had a fantastic experience at this doctor's office thanks to the amazing receptionist, i believe her name was Raven. She was friendly, efficient, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. She even managed to fit me in quickly, which was a huge relief. Her professionalism and helpfulness truly stood out. I highly recommend this office due to the exceptional service provided by Raven!

Receptionist dosent know how to answer the phone and actively turns off phone. Have walked in multiple times after trying to call all day for her to just be sitting there with a half empty surgery and oh my bad. Learn how to answer the phone or get a second receptionist, your a drs surgery people need to get in contact with you.

Your response to this is pointless. your office lady has admitted to me when I have come in before after calling all day that she turns the phone off because it is too busy aswell as when calling the line says that you are not accepting calls. Also when calling other drs in the area and saying something about your drs surgery multiple of them said they hear the same thing from multiple customers a day. You guys need to obviously review your administration staff as you are not aware of what is happening.

Unfortunately this centre has gone down hill. Parking is a issue. Dr Lee won't do a phone consult even with a booking to discuss tests he had ordered. Receptionist told me to email them asking for phone consult... I was on the phone to you why the extra steps....

Absolutely terrible experience with Dr Alam. He is a very rude and unprofessional doctor. He prescribed me asthma medication claiming I have sever asthma and I should take this strong medication for at least the next 6 months 3 times a day. I refused to believe that I had any sort of sever issues that he is claiming
I obviously went to a different GP and he was absolutely shocked and horrified that any doctor would prescribed me such severe medication when it actually ended up later being only a symptom of normal flu from which I recovered without any medication. What kind of Dr would prescribed a patient with sever asthma medication without throughly checking the patient? Based the horrible reviews given to this Dr Alam, specially the one which mentioned he overdosed a young child should this doctor even be allowed to practice? This review is made with no personal malicious intention on the medical center or Dr Alam but merely in the public interest to warn patients about the unprofessional nature of Dr Alam.

The receptionist staff however are very friendly and professional.

Dr Li is the only Dr that would refer you to somebody else even if you only cut your finger. Can’t make a decision on your health without consulting someone else regardless of the issue.
Better off googling your issues and treating yourself.
10 stars for the receptionists, all are fantastic even though they have to work with mediocre Dr’s each day.
