My experience with Inside Out Nutrition and Massage is second to none. Louise would be one of the best massage therapist I’ve been treated by. Some therapists I find apply too much pressure and I feel my body resisting. Louise however naturally knows exactly the right amount of pressure to apply to help muscles relax. I’ve had 3 x weekly visits, and she has certainly helped immensely with my chronic elbow pain, as a result of tightness in upper back and shoulder. She has the most beautiful personality with the ability to make one feel very comfortable. highly recommended 🥰

Louise is the most lovely, genuine, caring person! I am a new client, and without knowing me, she still went above and beyond to help me get to my first appointment. It was a pleasure to talk to Louise, and she really listened to my issue before starting. The massage was absolutely fabulous. Nutrition appointment was very thorough, including objectives, allergies, special diet (vegetarian). Meal plans are supremely detailed and easy to follow.

Massage therapy is second to none. I had some existing conditions which were focused on initially using traditional techniques and more recently with hot stones!

I visit just about every two weeks to maintain the improvements in flexibility and relaxation I have experienced as a client of this service.
