I cant believe how bad of an experience it was from reception to the dr.
I booked the appointment because ive got really bad pain in my right ear, so just wanted to get it checked if its an infection and to get antibiotics. My mum took me and when we went in, Dr Muhammad Atta UI Musawir first asked what my mums name is and took about 2 mins asking how to pronounce it and where it came from. Then he spent 10 mins asking why i was in, what my symptoms were and what i thought it could be (even though it shouldnt matter what i think it is, he should check and tell me as hes the doctor)
Then he finally looked inside both my ears but omg when he put that otoscope inside my ear it hurt so bad and i kept saying ouch and crying but he still pushed further and didn’t stop. I cried so much and he says “yep i can see your in pain”.
Then he goes on for so long saying “now the question we ask is whats going” “where do we go from here” “im telling yous all the thought process that goes on in my head”.
After he said he will give me antibiotics he asked my mum what medical conditions she has and that went on for another 5 mins.
We then went to reception to pay for the appointment and she said the Dr has charged for a long consult $104 and me and mum looked at eachother like what and we spoke up saying he spent most of the time asking mum all different questions and barely did anything for me. Reception was rude and said they cant do anything about, its what the Dr has put it down as. We asked for the invoice and he has written the consultation down as “surgery” like whattttt.
Absolutely the worst doctor clinic.

I attended an appointment today with Unihealth. The receptionists are always cheerful and very helpful.
I saw Dr Kelechi this morning and I wish to extend my sincere thanks for taking the time to explain so thoroughly what I was experiencing. Your gentle manner and professionalism was greatly appreciated.

I had to leave this clinic. I was seeing an excellent doctor here but he moved.
The process of moving clinics wasn't easy. It cost $50 for the receptionists to put my full report on a USB and it took them over a week to complete, with multiple reminders from my carer to get it done. Instead of calling my carer they called me to tell me my report was ready, triggering issues for me.
They are insensitive to their patients needs. This whole process has exacerbated my conditions.
One of the doctors can't see women alone, which is a worry.
I don't recommend this clinic.

I wouldn’t even rate 1 star for their service. From reception to Dr, whole thing is a joke. Booked my appointment, was called in an hour late. Dr told me she will have my result next day, called to say the result wasn’t ready and will give it next day. no call after that, when rang receptionist, they told us I need to book another appointment to get the result. And tried to book in another appointment as it was urgent, they said it’s not available until next week. Asked. Dr to hand over the report to reception as we didn’t want to continue, receptionist asked us to wait there for 1/2 an hour just to give us the result saying they don’t have it but later gave it to us when we started complaining. The report was there all time.

Dr here don’t feel it’s their responsibility to call back and take your whole day even if you already booked the appointments. Receptionist act like they don’t want to work there and take it out on patients.

I don’t normally write Google reviews, but my experience at UniHealth Playford was too poor to stay silent.

Reception staff — especially some of the younger women — are rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I even told one, “No wonder the Google reviews are so bad — it’s because of people like you.”

I chose Dr. Nouman Tehseen because he’s meant to have a background in mental health — but he doesn’t listen, doesn’t ask questions, and ignores you if you try to speak or ask anything. He rushes through appointments like he couldn’t care less. You leave feeling ignored, not supported.

To make things worse, another male doctor at the clinic refused to see my son because a woman was in the room. Why didn’t the reception staff mention this during check-in? Instead, they were made to sit and wait, only to be turned away when his name was called. That kind of discrimination has no place in Australia. If a doctor refused to see someone based on race or gender, there’d be outrage. This should be clearly communicated when booking.

Avoid this place. Poor communication, rude staff, and doctors who don’t care.

Lucky to have the 1 star.

The quality of service from the receptionists has declined, and I’m losing confidence in the care being provided. After waiting on hold for about 30 minutes, I was finally able to speak with someone—only to be told that the doctor had gone home to complete his telehealth appointments.

To add to my frustration, I called reception again nearing the two-hour mark and was told that the doctor had started his telehealth appointments and I was third in the queue. Given that the surgery closes at 6 PM, I expressed concerns about whether I’d even be seen today, yet there was no sympathy for the stress this caused.

Typically, there is no notice given when a doctor is running late, but with a delay of two hours, it would be courteous to inform patients. This would help prevent unnecessary stress and frustration.

This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor communication. On another occasion, I waited nearly an hour before the receptionists informed me that the doctor was in another country. This is getting frustrating, especially considering how hard it already is to see a doctor.

Dr is a half an hour late this is bloody ridiculous and not to mention the nurse left a bruise on my arm after taking blood. This is the last time I'm coming here. For future reference guys If paitiants have booked a double appointment u let the person that u have bookrd in at a certain time. Don't book people in only for them to find out that the doctor will be late it's a waste of time

Appointment for flu shot 10.30am 11/4/25 for me,wife and son. 4.45 pm Thursday Sms telling me Dr not available, rang Friday to tell Receptionist not seeing Dr Nurse gives Flu Shot, she said Law says Dr must sign off. Dr not at a Chemist. 2 Years ago the 3 of us got Flu Shot same Place, they claimed 3 10 minute Consultations. Drs Name in Health Record never ever seen. When asked GP about it he replied Her Name in Health Record because She ordered Flu Shots. Just another way GPs ripping oh MEDICARE. So how can we have TRUST in GPS. I will be reporting it to MEDICARE.
