The sales centre staff is very helpful and very responsive. We can get much information there.
We finally chose to purchase a land in St. Andrews after comparing a few different land projects nearby.

I was a purchaser of one of the initial Villawood homes at St Andrews, where the developer is also the liaison with the builder.

Sales staff are very helpful and enthusiastic until they get your money. Lots of promises about seamless communication and high levels of customers service.

Yet once the deposit is paid the communication stops and it becomes abundantly clear that they are not at all interested in any form of communication with their customers.

The delays and problems with supply in the building industry are well known and completely understandable. What is not at all understandable how any request for an update is met with:

"We are having a meeting a next week. We will have an update then" and then the update never comes.

I had to physically drive out to my land to see what kind of work had been done because absolutely no-one in the Villawood office had any idea what was going on.

This has been a constant problem since the deposit was paid and does not bode well for the rest of the build.

I would strongly recommend staying away from any of the Villawood range of homes until they actually get the act together and keep their customers updated with the progress in their properties.
