We had a last minute book in driving from Tamworth. Shiv the owner was very kind snd managed to give us 2 rooms. Our rooms were painted newly. Bathroom was new too with shower screens shining. Nice clean room. Comfortable beds.

Escaped Cyclone Alfred and they couldn’t be more accommodating for our extended family. Rooms were available early, were clean and tidy with soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturiser dispensers in the bathroom. Fairly quiet considering it was on the corner of a busy main road. We will be back if we stay in Warwick again.

Comfy room, comfy beds. Secure place to sleep and no too much road noise. If you have a larger car it may be a 10 point turn to leave the best morning..

The gentleman at the check-in was very lovely and I felt welcome. Room etc. was very clean & comfortable. As I was travelling on my own, I felt very safe.
The only little negative was the cleaning staff starting to be really loud in front of the rooms at 8am. I overheard one lady asking the gentleman: "when are they going?" pointing at my room. He politely answered "around 10am". From then on, I felt quite rushed and not welcome anymore, although you pay quite a bit of money for one night. Bit disappointing but, as mentioned, other than that was great.

Motel cancelled our booking for a peak period. We are now left with nowhere to stay. Seriously unimpressed. Will not be booking this again.

The gentleman at reception was super friendly and even showed us to our room even though we were a late booking. The room was absolutely impeccable and super cosy, we were honestly impressed by how spacious it was and how reasonable the price was too!
Do yourself a favour a ring them up or book through their own website to get the best possible value. I will definitively be staying here again next time we're in town
