Absolute thieves!!! Beware of using this service. I booked for a script. Firstly the Doctor rung me about 1.5hrs after the booked time (after the latest time the booking said it would be) which does not work for people that are working - you make an appointment time for a reason.

Second I could not get my script over the phone - which in itself is completely fine. I asked the doctor immediately if I would receive a refund to which he replied yes. I waited for around 10 days and then emailed customer service. I received a response with spelling mistakes and in very poor English (very unprofessional) stating they would contact accounts department and get back to me. This was 1 weeks ago and 2 days ago and I still have heard nothing back. I’m the meantime I had to fork out money for a Doctors appointment so I am out of pocket for 2 appointments rather than 1. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Im not happy with the service .
People don’t understand when you talk . I have to repeat myself constantly .
I had a video phone call with the doc for a repeat prescription and the doc make mistake with the posologie and no one consider to fix it . I wait 10 days and call them every day and the staff couldn’t understand and make you repeating no stop ,to reconsider to give me an other prescription I had to rebook appointment with another doc who prescribe the right posologie.
One advice , if you had already a prescription and happy with the doc , stick with him ! You can ask for the doctor you want.
. My doctor is prya Alargadda and she is awesome .
The people who take appointment are rude and careless .

I will try again... don't trust this company... Extremely unethical. Look through the variety of reviews (including all the fake 5 star ones). This place loves to take your money but hates to provide a service.

Great service! My call was answered promptly, a consultant arranged and completed within 10 minutes and the right medication prescribed to treat my health issue. The fact that they bulk bill is the icing on the cake.

A great experience for my daughter. She couldn't get into our regular GP. The customer care booked the appt and the Dr called through at that exact time. The GP was fantastic too. Completed bulk billing consent and script sent immediately after. Very good ?

Good to speak to a doctor via Tele health. Today was much quicker than last time. Last time I made an appointment and didn’t get a call for 5 hours. This time they said they tried to ring me at 7am and couldn’t get through so rang back at 10:30am the certificate through here look illegitimate but they are legit if they worry about court issues they should put that in the note before purchase. Otherwise grateful I could get an appointment so when I can’t drive cause im unwell that I can speak to a doctor. ?

I'm in need of a script asap. Am still waiting for my call (which I scheduled hours ago) and no one has called back. Have rung twice to check progress and no one can tell me when I will receive a call. Now I won't make it to the chemist in time for antibiotics. Will never use this service again - wish I had gone with someone else.
