Always booked out, takes awhile to get in and see a doctor, almost 3 weeks till I can get in and see a doc, 2 doctors for a community. Non-aboriginals using services more then our own. Good once you get in and be seen but to get there is time consuming I’ve had to book appointment in Toowoomba multiple times.

Receptionists are always friendly and very accommodating. The nurses are thorough and gives you peace of mind you are being looked after and the Dr’s are thorough and you do not feel rushed. I am new to the area and I kept driving past and my eye always caught the building and it had a good feel about it. You have proved the exterior is the same as the interior. Thank you for welcoming my family ❤️

Doesn't even deserve a star, I got refused my medication that I have been on most of my life n my new meds due to the fact that I had no script or box bit hard to have them things when I moved every week or so. I am now struggling to deal everyday suicidal thoughts and intentions all because a doctor in a aboriginal doctors says he won't help nor speak English. I have been struggling for months with no medication n my poor husband has to put me in the shower to help me with my anxiety n depression, not to mention I have had 2 falls n I'm 32yo. Never have I been treated like this. Will not EVER recommend this doctor to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic medical service. The doctors, nurses and staff are knowledgeable, helpful and always friendly. Carbal also have a range of community health programs which are wonderful. Highly recommended.
