Recently went with my mum to look at buying her a mobility scooter. The man (sorry, can’t remember his name) was so helpful. He answered all her questions without a problem and made other suggestions to her. They also had a good range to choose from. Mum did purchase from this store. Would highly recommend this store.

Both Iain and I have been purchasing our scooters from Scooters & Mobility at Warana for the past fifteen years. Their service is brilliant and they simply cannot do enough for you. Friendly and helpful at all times. We simply would not recommend that you go anywhere else on the Sunshine Coast. Brian, Jason and Alex are brilliant.

Exceptionally disappointed in their customer service and their lack of care in my case. I bought a Feather wheelchair which fell apart after about 4.5 months. I contacted Bryan and he took photos and it took ages for the company to come back and offer a replacement- 3+ months passed no wheelchair and no contact so I rang.
Bryan offered to replace it with one in his showroom so I drove down. Imagine my shock when he stripped off the wheels and lining saying he was saving Feather money!! No regard for me and no thought about customer satisfaction exceptionally angry and disappointed

Was difficult to get my father around the idea of using a scooter & give up driving, but Brian & his team were really helpful when showing him the options he had, even suggesting we hire a scooter for a weeks trial. Well we did that & it was easy to see that he could still get around the neighbourhood, so bought one from Scooters, & they were great with delivery & tuition on how to use it. Highly recommend Brian & his team.
