These doctors, nurses and receptionists are awesome. Some of these people leaving bad reviews about rudeness or price might want to look in the mirror and pull their head in. The doctors at KWD get chased by patients when they leave a practice just so the patients get the best care. So much so the doctors rarely take on new patients because their roster is full. If you didn't enjoy your experience, go elsewhere and wander from my doc to my doc.

I personally don't recommend, Dr. Santokh Singh (MMBS, FRACGP, MS (Ortho)). In my opinion he didn't seem interested in working there and was not very friendly. He didn't really make any effort to make you feel comfortable and understood and his professional communication was not made apparent.

If I could give a Negative 100 star review I would. I seen Dr Hanni here and initially she was kind and seemed great, however after having a procedure done with her and her infection control resulted in me ending up in hospital and having to have a surgery and be off work for weeks, cancel family holidays and loss of income. The Staff and reception are incredibly rude, I went in asking for my records and the lady at the front wouldn’t give them to me without a release of records and I completely understand that. However again she was so rude not to mention I was sitting waiting for her and her team member to finish having their personal chat. I also had to chase up results and constantly call the practice to let them know the severity of what Dr Hanni had done and got no help at all, was continuously told “Dr Hanni doesn’t work this day” ect… you would think they would be more caring considering they put me in the hospital. WOULD never go here again, have reported them to APRA

Waited over 2 weeks to get a phone call in regard to xray results. Was told on the initial appointment to get my X-ray done on same day and that the doctor will call me back within 2-3 days.
I had to chase the clinic for the result, and 17 days later I have now been told to wait for a referral to a specialist.
I understand delays can happen - but staying in contact with the client is important, the client should not be chasing after spending the money

We have recently moved into the area and needed to find a new doctor. The doctors @kawana was recommended and we are extremely pleased that we tried them. We have found a thorough and caring doctor who takes time to listen to my 85 year old partner who likes to talk. It is easy to organise appointments, and Dr Bird (our doctor) is usually is running on time- the longest we have had to wait is 10 min which is amazing. The receptionists and nurses are friendly and I like the convenience of having a doctor in the shopping centre- easy to get a prescription filled. I thoroughly recommend this clean and modern doctor’s practice.

Absolutley disgusted in this place and I will never recommend or return to this practice.
Dr Anjalika Monga's approach toward me as a patient was cold, dismissive and rude. To seek medical assistance and to walk out of there frustrated and angry is not good practice.

Have had Dr. Harry as my GP for many years. When he moved to Kawana from Noosa, I still continued with him as my GP. I would never want to see anyone else, he has done absolute wonders for me and is the most caring and knowledgeable person I know, hands down. The clinic is right next to a pharmacy, and receptionists have always been awesome. I mainly have TeleHealth appointments because of the distance, and it is great and so convenient that you can book them online.

Worst management
I need my blood reports and they making excuses not giving blood report from two days we already paying private insurance they don’t accept insurance so we just need to change medical centre but they are not understanding at all i want to show that report to other doctor and I need medicine I can’t pay two time first i m paying health insurance and then these medical centres
Receptionists don’t even know how to talk to the people so rude
May be because of we are indians
