Generally very unhelpful, and stubborn. If you're on of their job-seekers, I recommend applying to change your provider to someone else.

If you're not sure how to, you can log into the mygov app. And it should be under workforce australia -> account -> your provider and support -> find a new provider. Be sure to check your new providers google reviews before commiting to them

I've just left an appointment with Leham O'Connor at the Maroochydore branch.
I cannot put in words how much Leham has helped myself and my partner to gain full time employment and a new life.
Even when he was in the Bundaberg office we coincidentally followed him all the way down to Maroochydore and he finalised making this happen. ❣️

I have been trying for the last 4 days to be put through to the Maroochydore office, leaving messages and emails supposedly sent through for the actual manger (by name) to give me a phone call, so far I am left in the dark. I am not an actual Max customer so the mind boggles at how they are actually dealt with. All I need to do is discuss with the disability manager what is happening with my a family member who I am legally entitled.

Stupid reception, no help at all,
They don't want too help and don't offer any advice,
Extremely rude and selfish

Reception need a good root from husband so there not so rude...

I am extremely broke and the lady just laughed at me and made me feel extremely low about myself.

Very helpful, friendly staff, really assisted me in getting ready for work and provided support even once i had obtained employment, in particular, Sophie has really gone out of her way to help/make sure i had everything i needed.
