Cortney is an outstanding facilitator. She is open, honest and authentic. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her subject. She has a skill of keeping the content relevant for each participant of the group. Cortney also brings in good humour whilst paying the content the respect it deserves. I would most definitely recommend Assist First Aid and Cortney.

The online theory and assessments are easy to understand and navigate. The practical assessment fun and interactive. Christopher has a wealth of knowledge and is a natural facilitator, making it a fun, engaging and interactive experience.

The Company had many technical issues and people I tested with lost their results and had to do paper/pencil. My results did not process and I received several emails telling me I didn't finish, even though I had with 100%. Was quite frustrating and stressful getting the company to rectify the situation...which they eventually did.

I've got years of experience in emergency services and I find Assist's materials, equipment and subject matter always reflect the latest changes and advances in the field.

Courtney is a fabulous facilitator of this course! I really appreciated her willingness to answer every question posed (or park it for later, which she then provided links to many resources for us to follow up on) Her personal enthusiasm to learn and passion for educating, coupled with a bright bubbly character kept me fully engaged and attentive despite the high content of information coming at me.
She provided many activities that had us up and about to interact with others (not just sitting for 8 hours) and gave many real life examples and lived experiences for us to learn from. I highly recommend Courtney (as a trainer) to anyone seeking to do these courses, as I truly felt her commitment to teach and dedication to this work.

The best way to describe Assist First Aid is summed up in the word professional. Not only in the quality of training but also present in all levels of management, open, friendly, and always approachable. I'd go no where else to be trained in any of the courses and units Assist First Aid has on offer, if you want to be the best, then learn from the best!.
