We have recently taken in some foster kids into long term care and we where told by the receptionist that even though my wife was a patient at this practice the fact that the children have a different last name means they cannot be seen as they don’t take any new patients. We would love to get this rectified with the doctor as this practice is in walking distance from our family home.

Dr Selim and his staff make my family and I feel very comfortable and respected and most importantly listened to every step of the way. He vaccinated all my children and was very gentle with them. His practice is always clean, bright and inviting. When this pandemic started my children were afraid to sit in the waiting room out of fear they’d catch the virus, so an alternative was offered. Would highly recommend Dr Selim and his practice to all my family and friends as he is a caring, professional doctor.

I’ve seen this Dr many times over the years and found his waiting and consulting rooms to be very clean and tidy.
Front desk was friendly and professional.
Dr was professional, personable and very understanding of my issues.
I’ve never seen the premises unclean or the Doctor’s room untidy.
Previous review stating paperwork was on the floor is absolute BS!
As is the claim that the Dr is cranky and serious; that has never been my experience.
I have recommended him to friends and family who agree with this assessment.
You should treat people like you want to be treated,; Doctors aren’t obliged to help anyone and are not their patients slaves and they should also be treated with politeness and respect.

I just moved to the area and Glad that I found my new local Doctor. The centre is extremely clean and the staff are well trained. Dr Selim was outstanding and extremely professional very happy with him! Glad I’ve found my new local GP!

Most rudest front desk staff. Will never be going here again. Attitudes always like she's better then you or knows better. However the doctor here is always nice. But they seriously need to sort out the way they speak to there patients. No one should have to deal with that nonsense while there sick.
