Just like other comments reception and app needs a lot of improvement. I spent 2.5 hours waiting to get an appointment despite selecting any doctor. This is a record I never spent this long in any medical centre in my life. waiting is not an issue in itself but not setting that expectation to patient outright is. I understand they want the patient to be around when doctor calls but there ways to address that. If you are within 15 minute waiting time, App doesn’t have to show wait time otherwise let patient know?

The reason I gave 3 stars is solely for the doctors themselves. The doctors I have consulted here are generally good for a walkin appointment compared to other medical centres near this area. I sincerely hope they make improvements in their app and the reception staff. I have seen frustrated patients near reception which could be easily avoided by not ignoring them or giving them clarity on what to expect.

Very long queue as always and this might be my last visit. Any time you come you will find minimum 1 hour wait time. Medical practitioners are not even that good why this medical centre is so busy. Some of them just stop taking patients and we can’t move ourselves from app to different doctor. Sadly It is not convenient any more.

Extremely disappointed, I believe they prioritise looking at more patients than actually understanding what a patients situation is. I have visited twice. On both occasions, they performed a very quick and vague examination. Just to prescribe a swab that will be followed up on the next day. No advice for how to deal with ailments, or any medicine either. Best to visit a different medical centre.

Though, I would say they have a good app and system for booking appointments.

Ridiculous wait time and no consideration when we ask doctors or any other staff for the wait time
Came in at 10 with burns on my body with 10 month sick baby it's 12 already and when asking for approximately wait time the answer was we have many patients waiting, can't help much.
Have been to other clinics and met many GP before but they do show bit of empathy when someone is in pain and showing some concern.
Even receptionist has no clue when we went to her she did not have any answer and on top she is saying that doctors will call you when you have your turn or you might have missed your name if it's been too long where we were sitting in front of doctors room for 2 hours.
Receptionist tels us, you may not be present when called. Wow. We been sitting in front of the door for 2 hours. Obviously we aren't deaf or blind to neglect "calls for review".

Decide to come to this place as it's local for us but I guess since they have many patients they do not have care factors as they will get patients regardless how they treat Patient.

If there was minus star I would have given that to the service for being non sympathetic, no empathy, no preference for patients under severe pain.

My daughter cried as she was hungry and sleepy and eventually she slept by tiredness in front of the doctor door only as we didn't move from.the place to get called by next.

Many patients came after us and got called before us and left as well that's why we went to check to the receptionist and doctors if they have any error or our name is not in the list or not in stead of checking all we got was book answers that they are under staff and many patients are waiting.

When we booked through the App there was 5 patients waiting in front of us we have saw 7 patients going for check before us where we are still waiting when we asked the receptionist she said, "App is misleading" and not correct. People may drop in front of you ," see first available GP". Vague answers from receptionist and doctors we booked and no effffs given when complaints raised.

Seriously, phone manner from reception is atrocious.
Talking over the top of someone who is trying to ask a question so that I can come see a doctor in person and then try to lecture me about when to book via the app... I am not trying to make a telehealth appointment!

The doctor I see is good, the way reception and joining the queue for a doctor is terrible. Need to review this.

Every other review that talks about reception or the booking system is justified.

Edit: 23.09.2024 - Why have a phone line when no one answers. Rang at 4:40pm and 5pm comes no point staying on the line as they do not answer calls after 5pm. Absolute joke.

Edit: 02.10.2024 - FINALLY they have updated the app so you can see estimated wait times and can change to first available doctor if need be!

I had good experience with the doctors.
My child had a procedure done in March and we were told that there is a fee which we agreed to pay. We have been waiting for the invoice (via post or electronic) and their finance is not contactable (as expected). Today (August), for the first time - I received an email for Outstanding Invoice. The email include a late payment reminder and the outstanding invoice.
The late payment reminder stated that if I do not pay on time - it will be send to a debt collector and it may my credit rating.
I feel offended as I do not make late or delay payment to any services.
Get your work flow right before putting the fault on your customers.

If only I had the option to give half a star or less. Whilst the doctors here are good, this place doesn’t have a decent infrastructure to manage timings. One/ two hours is a normal wait time to see a doctor, reception team struggles with queries and queues and at times can’t help. I’d switch medical centre in a snap if there was another one close by. Not the best experience especially when you are super sick and all you need is to quickly see a doctor

I can understand the low review for this medical centre. The waiting time mostly is getting worse mainly because there are too many patients coming. I experienced 2.5 hours wait here which is becoming normal. I don't think it's going to change and it could get worse. Doctors are actually good.
