This was my medical clinic. I called today to get in urgently as I suspect from past experience I have pneumonia. First available is in 10 days. I need a clinic that I can rely on when it is urgent.

I’ve used this doctors twice as I felt paying was going to be a better experience than using bulk bill.

It hasn’t really been like that, I was surprised with a long wait on visit 1 and felt I was being rushed and told there was a time limit.

Visit 2 today I arrived 10 minutes early with 1 person ahead of me who was in for 25 minutes, at 45 minutes waiting past my appointment I asked reception politely about when I can see the doc as I’ll run out of time as she was alone still, she said she will message….. I waited then walked out as no Doctor Sue still wasn’t free.

To be honest this was a disappointing experience and my expectations were something better

I had been seeing Dr Bills for over a year with gastric problems. None of his prescriptions worked, and on my last two visits, I was shocked when he told me to consider medical assisted dying! A doctor is supposed to offer help to live, not death! Needless to say that was my last visit there.

Dr Biggs is a fantastic doctor. I have been seeing him since April 2023. He is very knowledgeable and has organised specialist appointments that other doctors have not provided. You don't feel rushed I feel like he actually cares. I have suffered with the effects of menopause for the past 3 years and on the first visit he organised blood tests and then put me on natural HRT which I never knew existed. It has changed my life. He is the best doctor I have seen over the past 30yrs. The ladies at the front counter are so lovely.

Dr Brian Biggs works here and I had so many problems with him. Pretends to care, wastes a lot of time then bills you for it. Refuses any pain meds even when he was prescribing. Surgery also had a mold problem in the a/C.
