Always kept interrupting when speaking, spoke over you when one was talking, did not listen to your questions and was confrontational when questioning his opinions. Charged $32 even though medicare covered it. Loves to tack on extra's. Buyer beware. Would definitely not recommend. Rather go to Noosa

Excellent service every time. I've been to a few optometrists over the last few years so I know that the speed of an examination can really effect outcomes or at least leave you questioning the results. To my great relief I found Dr Tan's examination pace was just right, he didn't make me dizzy or hurried and I have great lenses to prove it... that was until I accidently sat on them a few weeks later and needed the frames repaired (or my left ear moved up the side of my head by 4cm but I wasn't going to risk home surgery with my old prescription backup pair). I dropped into All About Eyes the next day with my busted glasses and I couldn't have felt more valued. Everyone was so happy, it felt contagious. I did the shopping and when I came back my specs were fixed and I wasn't charged. I was so impressed I went ahead and ordered a back up pair with the same new prescription (wise I think). I have to also add, nay, I must stress (if you knew me you would know why), I received excellent and patient help with frame selection and as I pawed possible maybes, I watched everything I touched put aside for cleaning. It is good to know that healthy workplace practices are being followed here. I found all of the staff at All About Eyes to be absolutely lovely and helpful and Dr Tan was great. It has a very positive and friendly vibe. Couldn't recommend All About Eyes more.

I would definitely recommend All About Eyes. Easily the best eye check up experience to date. I have had optometrists in the past who have rushed through the process and left me feeling uncertain about the outcome.

Vincent ran me through the tests at a really relaxed pace. He is calm, thorough and friendly. And another big plus is that the staff there are excellent at helping you choose frames. Picked something out in 10 mins.! Big thanks to all there.

I have been a long time customer of this place. But last eye test I went to see another optometrist this year decided to go back to here (all about eyes) and found out why I had left the first time, in the past 3 weeks I have had to visit twice first time he was a little over half hour late no apology or anything when told I had a appointment somewhere else, and found out where it was thanks to my son, he just said oh just there that's alright, but no it's not I had a appointment with an actual person. This time I went for my self and was treated like a lying little kid then he still snaps at me as I could not answer some of the questions like which is clearer? as he was too quick to change the lenses,they were pretty close. Anyway walked out not buying from them because of attitude and will be going somewhere else as I do need to update my glasses. And will be advising others not to bother with them. On the up note the receptionist were lovely, shame they have to work with such an Ar**.

Thorough and caring professional. Most helpful and expedient when I broke my glasses. The front office staff are also very pleasant and efficient. A positive experience all round.

Buyer beware... eye examinations are covered by medicare and bulk billed. My mum went here recently and they tried to charge her $30 for the examination which apparently was indepth but only 10 minutes. Br careful

I would repeat Mathew Tawse's review the same. I was really impressed with the thorough process , and left with satisfaction and knowing exactly what was needed in complex prescription for my particular needs. 11 / 10 !

Excellent optometrist. He checked my eyes last week and immediately booked me in for eye visit at Maroochydore eye clinic the next morning.
