The centre is good overall, educators seem empathetic and consider parents requests. No red flags so far. One thing i really appreciate is their no shoe policy in nursery, where kids are always on the floor. Top notch hygiene.
The onboarding exercise wasn’t great though. I would have appreciated better comms especially after being on the waitlist for well over a year.

I have taken some time to write my review as originally I thought this centre is too good to be true and maybe it’s all so good because it’s only early weeks. How wrong was I?!! If I could give it 10 stars I would. With my line of work I am super aware, critical and have been exposed to the complete opposite of this centre. However thankfully I made the decision to take the plunge and change my children to Guardian Acacia Gardens East- seriously has amazing management and staff. They are so caring for every child as an individual, so professional and knowledgeable. The manager Nithia is the nicest approachable understanding manager I have ever met and I have met quite a few. Nithia, Elise and Praveen hold a tight ship and are always helping and checking in on their rooms. Highly recommend this centre to anyone & everyone!

My kid started few weeks back, we moved from another childcare in hills due to distance issues.
So far journey has been great and better than expected. Kids have lot of toys and books to spend time, and staff seems to be taking good care of them. Whenever i go in evening to pick mine (pre schooler), i see kids engaged with a staff, mostly doing story telling.
I have seen other centres where kids are just left to wander, but here that's not the case.
Food wise, my kid seems to be doing fine till now, no issues as such. Hygiene is top notch.
Educators are friendly and pretty much everyday provide me feedback in evening on my kid's daily routine.
Management is quite responsive on any queries, and seems ready to help.
Its a new centre in the area, and for sure they setting high standards for others.

This Daycare is an amazing, clean, with great and very welcoming Staff, amazing food Menus every week so that kids can explore variety of foods and I couldn’t ask for anything better. My daughter is here from just 3 months but she loves it and got settled so soon.
NITYA ( Center Manager ) is such a lovely and welcoming person. All the educators are awesome specially HARI SHUKLA AND RANJANA GUPTA from babies room. They all are absolutely loving. I can see my daughter more happier, confident, willing to go to daycare, learning new things and growing and hugging every Educator before leaving.

I am grateful, thankful and very happy to be in Gaurdian Acaia garden east family where i know my baby will be taken care of. Thank you once again.
