I had my son at the clinic today and was so impressed with the care we received. The doctor was kind, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made both of us feel at ease. I’m very grateful for their support and highly recommend them.

I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, something that has happened on several previous visits as well. When I was finally seen, the doctor appeared inexperienced and was unable to assist with my health concerns.
I asked for suggestions on where else I could go to get the care I needed and was told, “I don’t know.” I also inquired whether any other doctors at the practice could help, and received the same unhelpful response. The doctor then mentioned she would be leaving in two weeks and made very little effort to address my concerns.
I requested a pathology slip and clearly specified the tests I needed, but the form was filled out incorrectly and did not include the requested tests.
This was an extremely disappointing experience. I will not be returning to this clinic and would strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere.

Very informative appointment with excellent supplement suggestions. Only disappointment was the 35minute wait for my booked appointment. This happens often. Perhaps reception could sms the wait time as a courtesy as patient time is important too.

I’m attending the practice for a Fitness and Indemnity Form as I have a physical test coming up for a prospective employer.
It is not a medical for the job, it’s two physical tests.
I must be determined fit for a beep test and what could be described as an obstacle course.
Dr. Nasreen Akhter demanded blood work, something that is (1) invasive and (2) not a requirement for determining fitness, and refused to assist unless I complied.
I have less than a week to have this form signed, and every time I’ve done this elsewhere it has included a blood pressure check and several questions.
This is beyond disgusting.
You are not entitled to test whatever you desire and I don’t have time to wait for pathology reports.
The only reason I’m giving 3 stars and not 1 is I’ve had reasonable help from this practice many times previously.

For the record, Dr. Ahkter, I’ve attached the blood pressure check I did last night, before bed.

Dr. Youseff is fantastic. Always a pleasure, always professional.

I’ve used this practice with Dr Yousef several times over the last few years when my regular doctor is unavailable. Unfortunately the practice appears to be very unorganised.
The doctor is running 30-60 minutes late every time, regardless of when the appt is booked. I can understand that spots fill up due to being one of the remaining practices to offer bulk billing, but maybe instead of allowing appts to be booked every 10 minutes, you should give yourselves time in between clients to complete your tasks so that you don’t have 3-5 people waiting before you when you arrive on time. I could understand if every appt was treated with care, dignity and commitment to resolving health issues, but each time I’ve gone in I’ve been rushed through the process and often left with more questions than I started with, without resolving the issue I’ve actually gone in for. They will not call you to book another appt when results come in, you have to check yourself. Today I waited 45 minutes to have a 2 minute conversation, no conclusive results, no exploration of other causes or treatment offered. I would have preferred to discuss this privately but there is no feedback option in the clinic.

Dr. Nasteen is the most unprofessional doctor I've ever met. I had a problem and went to see her. She put me on antibiotics and gave me a test. I took the antibiotics for a week and went back to her to get the results. She said it's not an infection, the test didn't show anything, and she didn’t know what the issue was.
I had to ask her myself to refer me to a specialist. I ended up taking strong antibiotics for a week for no reason. I will never go back.

I booked an appointment for a skin check which they cancelled the next day. They claimed the Dr booked in left the clinic, however the Dr is still there and you are able to book an appointment with them the week after. They preach about the importance of skin checks which is pretty hypocritical.

Waited 45 mins to see a doc. I am new to the area as I have just moved so looking for a new surgery. I told the doc I have been sleeping terrible and suffering from insomnia. She said she couldn’t prescribe anything as I am a new patient and to go back to my old doc for the script I need!
Would definitely wouldn’t recommend
