This was my first time getting a massage and spa treatment at Sophia Medi Spa, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Booked for a lymphatic drainage massage. Whilst the massage I received was okay, it definitely was not a lymphatic drainage and certainly did not focus on the areas I had indicated on my consultation form, with majority being on the mid and upper back area. I stopped the massage 3/4 of the way through to clarify that I had booked a lymphatic drainage massage and the therapist confirmed. It somewhat improved after this point and focused on some lymphatic pathways but as I only had a short while left I left the appointment without results. Will not be returning.

Had a massage with Carolina and she was absolutely amazing, great knowledge and technique, asked about critical areas and used combined techniques to make me feel great afterwards.
