They helped us so much with our car while we were on Great Keppel Island. Always very professional and nice.

They even dropped/picked us from the bus station as it’s a little walk from there.

Work not carried out. Unauthorised, unnecessary parts replaced.
Car sat in the yard unrepaired for over 3 weeks with zero communication despite many attempts by me.
Car broke down again within 3 days of supposed repair.
And that is just the tip of the iceberg.
The woman on the desk treated us like we were something unpleasant on her shoe, despite us having spent several thousand dollars.
No responsibility taken for any of it.
NEVER use these people.
On speaking with ombudsman I
found out that they have been reported to fair trading numerous times.

Not worth any stars after passing a vehicle for a roadworthy that had rust that bad it disintegrated when touched not to mention all the mechanic issues that included bushes, engine mounts etc.
If you want a dodgy, this would be the place to go

Can't recommend Matt and Mel and all the staff at emu park auto any higher as they look after me year after year . I travel Oz in my Toyota coaster and Matt solves all my problems when I role through yeppoon as my bus ain't getting any younger! Fantastic rates and do absolutely everything to make sure ya back on road asap . Thanks always guys n girls n keep up the good 5 🌟 service
