I couldn't get past the receptionist. She kept refusing to make an actual appointment. Tomorrow at 10 is possible, but call and confirm at 8:30-9am tomorrow.

At 8:20 the next morning, I am at the hospital, but I will call you at 10:30 maybe an appointment possible at 12.

No call at 10:30, I wait in case she is running late. By 11:30 I call about the 12pm appointment. Oh no, we can't do 12 as that only half an hour away.

We may be able to do 3.30.

No thanks lady. You can't even make an appointment. Why would I trust you with my teeth.

Worst receptionist ever.

I made an actual appointment in Goulburn. Not spending my money or time in Mittagong.

I was terrified of dentists but i had to 'bite' the bullet! Dr Burgess and his amazing wife have been brilliant, so patient with my hysteria. So greatful, could not be happier! Can't wait to see you both again soon, you are both Angel's!!!?

Going to the dentist I would say was one of my biggest fears I had. After putting up with on- going pain for many years, I reluctantly put these fears aside to go and see Dr Burgess.
I can honestly say it was the best decision I have ever made those fears were short lived. From the moment I walked in the front door and was greeted by his wonderful staff to the surgery procedure which was done by Dr Burgess I was made to feel at ease the whole time through out the process and the post surgery care was great. I was treated with considerable care at all times and for someone who had neglected my dental health for far too long, I was not judged for the state of my lack of dental health at the time.
Anyone who is suffering constant pain I strongly encourage you to go and see Dr Burgess as the professionalism, calmness confidence in his abilities and experience are 2nd to none which i guarantee will put you at ease right away for any procedure no matter what your dental procedure is.
I am now pain free for the first time in years and am getting my health back now and I can't thank Dr Burgess and his team enough for giving me my health back and help me overcome my fear of the chair.
Unequivocally the best dentist in all of the southern highlands and can't recommend Mittagong Dental Care highly enough.
