I came here for a medical check-up to extend my visa. It took a long time, but I was impressed by an older Burmese doctor with fair skin and short stature. He provided excellent service and was very kind.

I've been going to this clinic for over 10 years and the Centre is managed very well and the customer service is exceptional. At times you may need to wait on the phone to book an appointement but that is ok as you they will get around to you or return your call. They also do bookings online which i now use. The Dr's are very warm and genuine and in particular Dr Helali. He is very empathetic and is interested in your health. Highly recommended.

Medical staff, receptionists and Nurses professional and efficient. Waited nearly an hour but that is life. The centre offers Bulk Billing so I don’t know why people complain about waiting times. Thank you Dr M Wong for your timely manner and caring approach.S.M.

I recently had a frustrating experience at a The Hills medical centre that I feel compelled to share. I arrived for my visa medical examination, only to find out they couldn’t take my X-ray due to planned maintenance—information they failed to communicate beforehand. I had set aside an entire day for this appointment and had to take time off work, which is already a significant inconvenience.

To make matters worse, I had scheduled plans for the following week that I now need to cancel, resulting in wasted airfare and additional lost income. For the $400 I paid, I expected a much higher standard of service.

I strongly advise anyone considering this centre for their medical examination to look elsewhere. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I can’t help but feel that I’ve wasted both my time and money.

Attention and care received was great, however I am still yet to receive results from 24hr heart monitor pendant.
I have no update on the condition of my heart, however was advised the results would be returned in approx. 7 days.
Could someone please follow this up?

Visiting this centre felt like stepping back in time, in the best way possible! The service here is truly old-fashioned—efficient, diligent, and personable. The receptionists are simply amazing, the conversation are warm and kind, making you feel welcomed and in good hands.

I had a Bupa medical check-up scheduled for today, which I booked in mid-August. When I arrived, the receptionist informed me that the X-ray machine was under maintenance. They suggested I come back next Monday or reschedule for a later date. Unfortunately, I have to work next Monday, and rescheduling for another date would mean waiting another 5 weeks and taking more time off work. I spent an hour driving here only to find out about the maintenance issue, wasting my time, fuel, and toll fees. It would have been better if the staff had informed patients about the issue in advance, rather than when they had already taken time off work and travelled to the clinic.
