We’ve been seeing Dr. Johnathan Tham for a while now and couldn’t be happier. He’s always thorough, kind, and genuinely cares. He’s absolutely amazing with our kids and makes them feel comfortable every visit. My husband and I trust him completely. He listens, explains everything clearly, and never rushes us. So grateful to have found such a great doctor!

I was in a 7 day residential retreat in emerald and I had to seek their services at a short notice as I felt sick for no apparent reason. All the staff from the receptionist, pathology nurse to the doctor was very caring and understanding. Doctor Nayal did a very thorough check from an ECG, blood test to a covid test and to make sure that he was doing the right thing he sought a second doctor’s opinion too. He sent the ECG report to a cardiologist to make sure that he has not missed anything and the caring was top class. Hats off to you sir!

Have been relying on this place for 15 years since I arrived in the region. Clearly locals are voting with their feet too. Place has doubled in size since I arrived, now has an associated pathology lab as well, BUT one now has to book days in advance. I have a great Doc who I thoroughly trust. Can't recommend Emerald Med highly enough.

First time as a patient at Emerald Medical Centre and I was impressed!! The staff at reception were just lovely. They checked me in without a worry and pointed me in the direction to wait for the doctor. The waiting rooms are upstairs but there is both stairs and a lift available. The waiting area is very modern with plenty of seating and no one seemed to have to wait very long to get into their appointment. The doctor I saw was just lovely. She took the time to listen to why I was there, she asked appropriate questions and even looked up a few things online that were obviously running through her head as we were speaking. She’s now put me in a direction to get some answers. I’m very impressed with both the clinic and all staff. I will be back for sure.

I attended Emerald Medical Centre as a first time patient. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming and willing to answer any questions I had and Dr Kemm was very nice and helpful and took the time to gather my medical history and explain details in relation to my visit. Being able to get an appointment of an evening after work hours is an added bonus.

Nurses Susanne and Carley, and Dr Nasir are all wonderful and have saved me a lot of stress as I prepare for an overseas trip. They were accommodating to my last-minute appointment and very thorough with explaining the process for vaccinations etc. Thank you!
