An incredible free resource for families to connect with local support services. Regarding previous negative reviews, these relate to the Facebook group which is very well managed ensuring a safe environment for participants and their families, and maintains a focus on local supports. This review is not endorsed, prompted, or biased in any way - I feel it is necessary to address this in my review and it saddens me that people feel the need to negatively review a network/community as invaluable as this.

They have banned me & black listed me in Cairns as a participant & worker on their FB group with no contact with me personally or justification for their actions! They are not friendly or supportive at all! They side with certain people only. It's a clicky group & they definitely are not unbiased!
