Frustrating difficult to get anyone on the phone. You have to leave a voice message or email, but don't expect to get a response quickly. Dr Simpson is average and at times arrogant.

I have seen Dr Simpson for some time for various reasons. Reception and Dr Simpson have always treated me respectfully and respected my privacy. Other reviews mentioned that confidential information was given to third parties, but this was not the case for me. I understand that I signed an authority to disclose personal information to people involved in my care, and this was done in some instances to enhance my treatment. When dealing with Dr Simpson, she was always respectful, informed me of various treatment options, and worked with me collaboratively rather than imposing her decisions on me. I feel confident in recommending Dr Simpson to anyone looking for an understanding, respectful and very thorough and non-judgemental practitioner.

Im an ex defence member for 21 years and suffer with PTSD, anxiety and depression. Would you cancel many appointments and not help with other options? Would you ring a mental health patient a day before each appointment and cancel or delay for weeks at a time? Would you forget to book a new appointment for your patient after cancelling the day before? No, these guys do.
