About a month ago, I had a very sore lower back pain which radiated to the hips for several days and the pain was not subsiding - it was about a 7 out of 10.

I did a healing session over Zoom with Bruce and the pain slightly eased at the end of the session, but within a few hours it was down to about a 3 out of 10. The next day it was almost gone and I was able to carry on with my life normally with little discomfort. By the 3rd day the pain had gone.

The meditation sessions with P.H Cairns are simply fantastic. When I started attending these sessions, the energy fills up so well and my emptiness vanishes.Living a lonely life for so many years and have been doing a lot of meditations but after participating in these sessions, there is so much you realise that is in your life. Before I started getting pranic healing sessions with Bruce I was getting common anxiety attacks and alot of mental fog. The healing sessions I've been receiving (in person and distant) always leave me feeling peaceful and happy, and my energy beautiful and pure.

I recommend to anyone sick or having the which to heal itself and others to contact Bruce Sexton for information, healing or Teaching.I am a student of Bruce since August 2021 and got my level 1 in Pranic Healing. The resets are free for a year so I have been enjoying going back 3 times since, for the pleasure to meet new students and discover their healing purposes and also practice with them during this times. It's amazing how powerful we can be when we believe and love ourself. 3 days after my level 1, my daughter of 2 years old had a severe allergic reaction and in 15 MN time went from white to red and fluffy with marques all over the body like sunflies bites. No car,no time for hospital or even emergency. Her body and head was hot and she was starting to show dizziness like she was going to feint. Then I thought about my Pranic healing learning and it was the only solution I had to save my baby girl, I was panicking. But I remembered the precise tools in this moments, so I calm myself down, took 2 mn concentration to gather myself,meditate, connect to the Prana energy but also Divine energy, open my Pranic healing book, read the procedure for allergies and follow it on My baby. In not even 5mn the magic happen in front of my eyes and of my 1st daughter (21), the redness, the fluffy skin and sunflies bites were disappearing and I had to blink my eyes and ask my daughter if she was seeing like me and she was! At this moment a wave of Awe feeling and gratitude flowed through me giving me goosebumps. I continue until the procedure was completed and it took me 15 MN in total. She was still a little bit red on the ears and saw one spot with a mark that looks like a two week mark from sunflie bite, like the timeline of healing went from 2weeks to 15mn...I was left speechless and my 1st daughter too.
It is a very very powerful and effective healing techniques that Master Choa Kock Sui as created with love for humanity. His only which was that everyone could be able to understand that we are powerful, that we are made of this Divine Energy, that we are breathing the Prana Energy and that we are meant to heal ourselves and take care of everyone and our beautiful Earth. The Learning is an exciting journey where you get to discover what it feel to receive the Energy flowing through you and coming out from your hands.
