Having an i felted fly bite that was getting worse. Called in on the off chance of a walking appointment. Reception searched around to fit me in.and the ladies at front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Fifteen minute wait, saw a Dr. Quick service, knew what it was a prescribed right drug. Thank you Dr, thank you Reception, really appreciate the service

Arrived a few minutes before closing with my baby who had a fall, head bleeding with a large gash. Lady at the desk said we were too late. Was absolutely shocked. I asked if they could at least give us another cloth or alcohol wipe and she asked the doctor or someone behind a wall and came back saying no. I can’t believe a medical centre would refuse treatment of a bleeding baby especially with the next option 30 min away.

The staff in this place are nasty ! I went in there this morning under advice from the ambo that came to my place at 5am this morning ,I had something crawl into my ear and was causing me lots of problems ,these ppl not only laughed at me but refused to help in any way they wouldn't even look at it just keep saying U should of went to the hospital ,I could but I'd be stuck in Ingham with no funds or way of getting home ! I have never ever seen such unprofessional uncaring service in my life ! U two receptionist /nurses should be working in another industry sewage treatment perhaps as neither of you are fit to deal with ppl ,I will never return here and will gladly share my experience with anyone interested ! Shameful

I have been ringing their phones for over two weeks and they don't even answer!! Have been trying to get my kids appointments but they've been in a meeting for that long! Stupid.

Practice manager is terrible, she is a nasty piece of work, who happens to own the practice. Do not go to this place if you want to live!
