The BEST physio clinic I have ever attended! From the lovely Anna running the front of house who messaged to say they were running 10 mins late and who could not have been more helpful slotting me in … to Rob the physio who for the first time in my 60 years and 100’s of physio visits explained to me the mechanics of my body in terms of hyper mobility and why I continue to tweak muscles 💪… and then providing me an app based program and offering to update as needed regardless of being in proximity, as well as providing local tourist tips … Wish we were staying longer as imagine the reformer classes would be incredible . thankyou both we will be back

Ben is very approachable and has been detrimental in my recovery. If some exercises aren’t working or aren’t showing improvement he will try something else.
