Have been waiting months to heard back from them after a new referral was sent. Decide to call them to see if i could book an appointment only to be told that they wouldn't unless I had private health. Was happy to pay either way but oh well lost my business

Disappointed. Waited 10 weeks for an appointment to be told my doctor could have referred me for an injection and if I wanted one through the clinic, the wait is Jan/Feb or I could be referred by the clinic. As a fairly young female with back pain, I left feeling like I wasted 10 weeks (in pain) for something I could have had done ages ago. I also felt my 'pain' wasn't significant enough to really be thoroughly assessed. Maybe cause I was the end of day appointment.
I am sure the clinic does amazing work, but my advice would be for others to seek out all options for treatment while waiting, and that you may NOT have to endure day in and day out pain waiting for a specialist.

I have had a nerve stimulator for 8 years now. I get good pain relief from it and have had no problems. If I get some pain they just adjust it for me. The staff are all well informed and great at communicating. I highly recommend QPain if you have long term pain issues..
The Nevro nerve stimulator team are also amazing as they listen to your concerns and act on them

Booked me in 3 months ago, only to email me one week before my appointment to tell me that it had been cancelled because they had reached their capacity for uninsured patients. Questioned it, asking how this could happen when Ive been booked for months, only to get a blunt and rude response from Renate. I now have to go back to my doctor to get a new referral for someone else and wait all over again when I’m living in pain! Don’t book people in if you are past capacity! If you don’t have private health, they don’t want anything to do with you

The spinal cord stimulator implant procedure has saved my life, both physically and mentally. In 3 months I have achieved at least 80% reduction in pain and also a reduction in pain medication. Early days still a way to go! Very very happy with the results

Life changing experience, truly. Getting help from Dr Thomas, Tilly and all the people at Nevro has made my journey so much simpler and happier. I don't think they could do anything to improve their current service; I highly recommend Tilly from Q-Pain and James from Nevro especially but everybody I've seen or worked with have been super lovely and helpful. My pain is decreased by a significant amount and it truly has been so so helpful. I'm very glad I made the decision to go with Q-Pain as they have changed my life for the better.

GAME CHANGER: I cannot express how amazing this company is. I had an injury dating back to 2014 and I just lived with it. However, in finding out that there was further options I spoke with Dr. Thomas of Qpain.
He and the team from Nevro (nerve stimulator company) the spoke with me in words that I knew and understood. They spoke about the journey and how I could go from being in pain and lots of pain killers such as 500mg Palexia and 600mg Lyrica, to minimal of both.
The implant was so easy and I am amazed on how things have turned out. I have my life back to my pre injured state and I could not be more happier.
If your thinking about it, I say book an appointment, speak with the team. They can tell you what I was like and how I have become, basically I am back to what I was like pre injury. I am bouncing about in super happiness.
