I recently visited OPSM in Kawana and was thoroughly impressed! The shop itself is lovely, bright, and welcoming, creating a really pleasant atmosphere. But what truly stood out was the staff. They were incredibly professional and attentive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

The specialist I saw was exceptional. Their professionalism was evident, and they were also incredibly friendly, putting me at ease. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided excellent, clear advice tailored to my needs. I felt completely confident in their expertise.

I received amazing service today at the OPSM store at Kawana Shopping World. The optometrist, Shivin was very helpful and knowledgeable and took time to explain my options. He was very professional and patient with teaching me how to use contact lenses. Ava, the optical assistant took time to help me carefully select the right glasses for me. She was warm, friendly and took time to explain about the different lens options for my glasses. Excellent service!

Matthew provided excellent customer service when I was choosing my glasses, and Shivin gave me a spot-on recommendation for the lenses during the prescription adjustment. Every staff member at the store was kind and helpful. I was a bit nervous about buying glasses overseas, but their service and support completely put me at ease. I’m truly grateful.

Very helpful friendly staff.
Went out of their way to help find frames for my son’s damaged glasses. The optometrist I saw was also great very insightful very informative. I even left feeling ready to try contacts again after having a no so great experience a few years ago. Thoroughly recommend this store.

By far and away the best optometrist appointment I've ever had. Optometrist "P.K." took time to understand why I was there and not just a usual eye test and out the door. Then Assistant Manager Matthew walked through every conceivable option for a colour-blind golfer needing a distance prescription. Can't rate them highly enough.

Always greeted with a smile, they take your time to make sure you are happy with your choice of glasses and i always liked the recommendation. From start to finish, i think you’ll love it. I take my 91 year old MIL and they have so much patience with her.
