As a first time Mum, I had a very lovely experience. Was able to take my newborn to a safe environment away from the hospital to be seen the next day. Scott was incredible, he answered all our questions, gave us time and explained everything.
Amazing place to go if you need urgent care but don’t want to go to the hospital!

Thank you Snap Paediatrics for your exceptional care when we needed it most! They were able to see our 11-month-old on very short notice, saving us a stressful trip to the ED. Clear communication and efficient process from the initial booking. Dr Schofield was clear in explaining the issues and the process to follow to the next consultation. My daughter is shy with new people and Dr Schofield was patient and friendly which helped her feel comfortable.

What a fantastic service. I needed some advice and guidance with my child’s illness and was able to book an appointment the same day. With a week or longer time frames to see GP’s, this was an amazing fast option, with little to no waiting times when you are needing peace of mind. Dr Nicole was very thorough, kind and answered all my concerns. Highly recommend! What a much needed and valued service on the coast, very grateful.

I was unable to get into our usual doctor for over a week and was becoming increasingly concerned about my daughter. I didn't have hours to wait at ER or the Mild Illness clinic but thankfully I was able to get into Snap within a few hours. Whilst it's not the cheapest care, it was the best care I've ever received for any of my children. The doctor wasn't rushed, took her time & we were left with a letter with a care plan. The receptionist Leah was so lovely too & the reception area itself was very fun & inviting.
