Christine is friendly, efficient and extremely professional. Anyone who is afraid of needles and blood tests go see Christine at Bli Bli.

Took my 18-month-old son for his first blood test and Catherine at QML Bli Bli was amazing! From booking the appointment (essential for infants, book ahead) to the blood test, she was fantastic with him. No stress, no fuss, just efficient and kind. Catherine is brilliant!

Not open at ALL on a Saturday? Disgraceful in my opinion. There’s a duopoly with this lot & Sully & Nick so they can do whatever they like. I used to have a handful of friends who were “blood suckers “ and some aquantences too who worked for these companies & they were treated like dirt by management. I’ve had many, many pathology tests done over recent years and they never have enough staff on. One can wait for an hour to be seen.

I have to say that when they’re not so busy that they don’t have time to talk the staff have ALWAYS been lovely.

Like the supermarkets (this is worse because of Aldi , IGA & ever dwindling corner shop ) I think the government should have some sort of enquiry into how this duopoly is allowed to operate like this. Is it only Queensland?

We'd like to thank and mention Kylie and Christine for their care, respect and professionalism today and last week.
Such beautiful women that seems to be rare today. Thankyou so very much, you both made a scary situation much less worrisom with your manner. love mum and I.
Also management, like the previous person said, she was run off her feet, literally running. Not enough staff that you allow this to happen, pretty poor for such a huge company, disgusting actually this is how you treat and behave to your employees!!! To save a few dollars, embarrassing on your behalf. All centre's are understaffed, how you obtain any employee is amazing to me!

Gr8 Pathology. I am giving 5 stars for Christine who works there at Bli Bli. She is fantastic, very knowledgable BUT she is literally run off her feet. I have never seen anyone as busy as her. Why don't QML get some relief for her before she has a nervous breakdown. NOT GOOD QML, HELLO!!!!!! You should be ashamed of the way you run a business:(

One of the best QML clinics I’ve visited in years. Good sized waiting room, extremely friendly and efficient staff and hardly any waiting time. Complex includes an array of outlets including a medical practice ( which I wouldn’t recommend) ..all with an Underground car park.
