UPDATE - It has been 8-months and I'm still smoke free 🙏🏼

I found Harmony Counselling via Google and after reading the reviews, booked in for a hypnotherapy session to assist in stopping smoking. It has been just under a month and I feel quite confident saying I am now a non-smoker.
