I've had these guys recommended to me in the past and decided to use them for a few procedures and check ups - so glad I did. These guys are amazing. Both receptionists are friendly and knowledgeable, and remember me anytime I visit. Doctor Ryan cares deeply about his patients and asks a lot of questions, is engaged, very thorough. The clinic itself is super clean. The nurse I've seen as well was extremely switched on and engaged. HIGHLY recommend.

Went yesterday afternoon to see if any doctor available. Lovely lady said they have no appointment til tomorrow. She asked if i wanna book in but needed my card details unfortunately i forgot my card so she asked to call tomorrow to make booking or drop by with my card., Came back today and asian lady said i have to make a booking online, i wanted to book right there and then but she doesnt want she insisting i book online and come back., but i said the lady yesterday was fine to book in so long as i have my card with me, she didnt wanna help so i just left,,

Whats the point of booking online when im right there already to make the booking, such hassle

Absolutely horrible experience. I booked a Pap Smear appointment online via their website with a female GP and I’m under 25 years old. I got there and found that they gave me a male GP who refused the do the Pap Smear because they don’t usually offer them to women under the age of 25 and that if I would like one, to book a female GP. I then had to pay for my appointment. What a joke. I would rate no stars if I could.

the medical centre has gone insolvent, received a text advising the medical centre is open until 22/12/23 for people to have their patient files transferred to a new medical centre.
Have called over a dozen times and it goes directly to voicemail saying the clinic is closed and sent emails with no response. How are patients supposed to have a continuity in care provided by a GP when you are ignoring emails, phone calls and online queries. Extremely unprofessional.

Very nice experience. We had just landed in the Gold Coast and were worried about my daughter. Dr Ali saw her and was gentle and thorough. He also correctly diagnosed her with pneumonia and had us go to emergency after a doctor the day before had dismissed it as a little virus.

Easy to book an appointment and time saving by being able to complete personal details on line. Courteously processed at reception and promptly attended by doctor who was professional and welcoming. My only issue was that there were no directions as to exact location inside shopping precinct. Would definitely use again.
