My family and I have been coming to Galleon Way Medical Centre for over two decades, and it truly feels like our healthcare home. While I’ve seen other doctors over the years for various reasons, I’ve always found myself coming back here. The doctors are compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. The reception and admin staff are always friendly, helpful, and make the whole experience smooth and welcoming.

One small area for improvement would be planning around doctors’ leave. There have been a few occasions where multiple doctors were on holidays at the same time, making it harder to get an appointment, especially when you’re unwell or have sick kids. That said, it doesn’t take away from the overall excellent care we’ve received here for years. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable and caring medical professionals!

We followed Sandra Miles from Tweed Mall when the Medical Centre closed and Sandra moved to Currumbin Waters.
Due to mobility problems and convenience we have returned to Tweed Mall Medical Centre.
Sandra Miles is exceptional in her care and attitude and we sincerely thank her for her service.
The reception and nursing staff are also excellent.

Dr Yu Yu Khaing is the best doctor I've seen. She's professional, considerate and a lovely person. Always goes above and beyond to help and has listened to my health concerns when other doctors haven't. Michelle on the front desk is also lovely, helpful and great at her job. The other receptionists can be extremely rude and unneccesarily dismissive. I've been coming to this practice for over 20 years and this has always been the way, just getting worse as time goes on. When instructed by my doctor to contact them, they speak over me, finish my sentences, and try to tell me what's happening with my health rather than the other way around. I understand they have been working for this clinic for a really long time and have family connections that work there also, but working in the medical field myself it really isn't acceptable to be treating sick patients that way. If I didn't love my doctor, I would've stopped going here years ago. Michelle deserves extra praise for her kindness.

Galleon way is fantastic practice they have excellent reception staff. Run efficiently. Doctors to meet all of your needs who really listen and care. The nurses are warm. I have been going to Galleon way for years a true hidden gem on our fast growing Gold Coast. Blood collection centre next door plus the friendliest pharmacy.

Extremely happy with all the staff and treatment I have received over the past few years of going to Galleon Way. Reception are always really friendly, nursing staff are efficient and kind and the few Dr’s I have seen have always been very professional and helpful and Dr Ajay’s skin checks are especially thorough!
