This afternoon, my husband and I visited this clinic. My husband had an appointment with a GP, and after his session, the receptionist informed us that the total cost was $120. I asked why the fee was so high, and she explained that since his session lasted 19 minutes, they charged extra because it exceeded 15 minutes.

While I was simply asking for clarification, the receptionist rolled her eyes and showed an obvious look of disdain. As a consumer, I have every right to understand the charges I’m paying for. And as a service provider, is this really how you treat your patients—with rudeness and disrespect?

This was a terrible experience, and I will never return to this clinic due to their unprofessional attitude.

I have been seeing Dr Khine for skin checks for a number of years. He is always very thorough, explains his process and treatments. The procedures that I have had have healed well and I am incredibly grateful for the positive outcomes. I cannot recommend Dr Khine highly enough.

Sadly didn’t have the best experience here for a number of reasons. The psychologist honestly talked about her own problems and situations a lot, so much so it dominated the conversation. I also had an uncomfortable encounter with one of the male Drs. Luckily there are some GPs and nurses who are professional and who genuinely care however there are definitely a couple of red flags that I wished I raised before. I found the reception staff always helpful.

I have seen some low reviews regarding mental health help at this clinic. While I can’t speak for all the GPs, I have recently started seeing Dr Biddle for assistance with anxiety and he has been so incredibly helpful and supportive. If you are unsure where to start getting support for mental health I highly recommend Dr Biddle.
I also want to mention the receptionists are always so kind and helpful every time I have been.

I love this clinic . Nothing is to much trouble for the receptionists, always willing to help . No other clinic gives you the kind of service these ladies do .

I just spoke with Kim at reception who was extremely helpful - I forgot an urgent script and she did everything she could to help me same day
