After transitioning to VIVO from a dodgy physio clinic the different standards was astonishing! Eddie not only asked me questions relating to my sport (football) injury but also took his time getting to know me, meaning by asking the right questions he could understand what kind of daily movements I partake in and what I'm capable of doing. By my third session I was already bending my knee.

He was encouraging and made sure I understood the stretches I had to do at home by physically doing them himself in front of me! Better than any damn diagram.

Eddie also appropriately diagnosed my injury which the other PT misdiagnosed.

He was never late, always on time and the one time he was late, he apologized BEFORE my appointment meaning I received a courtesy heads-up and when he arrived he extended our session. So much better than my previous place who cut my sessions short when they were late.

He also even gave me advice on my feet because I was feeling pain from standing on my feet all day at work. He advised to change my shoes and see what happens and he was right!

That's bloody great client service. Going the extra mile.

My mcl has healed up now. I'm so happy. Now my recovery is solely on me and I'm so happy. Thank you Eddie.

Bonus: the place is very professional,very clean, no weird noise like my previous PT place, relaxing music and friendly staff.
