I had an excellent experience in this First Aid course. As a new first aider, I was initially nervous, but my trainer, Jo Warrior, created a comfortable, friendly, and engaging learning environment. She is an outstanding trainer who is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about what she teaches. Just recently, I found myself in a real-life situation where someone required first aid, and I was able to stay calm and assist them effectively. I felt confident and prepared because of Jo’s training. Thank you Jo for such a high-quality and empowering class. Definitely recommend this course!

I highly recommend doing this course! The instructor, Jo Warrior, is fantastic. She's very knowledgeable, passionate and personable, which made the course so fun and interactive. I feel like I really learned valuable skills. I will definitely be returning to Jo for refresher/upskill courses. The e-learning component was also really well delivered.

I highly recommend Paradise First Aid. I've always had a great experience with this company. The instructor today Kel, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. He kept the class fun and interesting. I will definitely be back when I need to renew my first aid certificate again.

I had my first ever CPR & First aid course today. My trainer was Fab, she was incredible, she went into such depth and really made the effort to make sure everyone understood every element we were learning. Mick J is a fantastic trainer! His experience, coupled with his relaxed nature, made the course enjoyable and fun. I have been doing my CPR course for 10 years, and in one lesson, he has taught me valuable real-world information that I had never learnt before.
