Such a great couples experience! Me and my partner chose the couples complete wellness package! 🤩 The best way to relax, unwind and reset for the new week. Massage was 10/10! My partner loved the dry needling as well! Staff were amazing! Will definitely be booking again soon!

I had an amazing experience with Jess as my massage therapist. She was extremely professional, and I felt completely at ease throughout the session. All the personnel were so helpful and nice, and they provided a calm atmosphere for all customers. Jess's technique was perfect, and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. FAB! Myself & my partner enjoyed the infrared sauna together yesterday & we will definitely be back. The staff are friendly & knowledgeable and the place is pristine clean & extremely relaxing. We had herbal tea in the beautiful chill out area before being brought into the sauna where we I was able to connect my phone & listen to a podcast. The sauna was amazing! Just before leaving, I was able to use a few products, face moisturiser, hand cream, from their beauty bar, which was really handy. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a great experience! City Cave Southport was suggested to me by a friend to help me have a bit of me time and I’m glad I took their advice. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff, the atmosphere was so calm and the treatments were exactly what I needed. Over the past few weeks, I have had the float, infrared sauna & massage. I have thoroughly enjoyed all of them and feeling the benefits. Looking forward to more visits in the future and highly recommend it to anyone in need of some RnR.

Well 🥳🙌, really really happy with my professional massage experience.
I was and now, feel I will be again, a competent runner.
Nudia, my masseuse who has a sports science background was absolutely brilliant, with plenty of knowledge of the aches and pains of athletes, including swimmers
