If I could give 0 stars I would. Both Northside and Southside stores have not updated their websites - handwritten notes on the door say they close earlier than what’s on the website. With a chain as big as this it’s not hard to keep the consumers informed. Do better.

My partner was screamed at just on 5pm by the staff and security guard all yelling the store closes at 5pm when everywhere it states they close at 6pm, on the door as you walk in and also on the website. The male staff member stood over my partner intimidating her and telling her to get out! Absolutely horrid display of human beings!!

Might be a good idea to change your trading times on your website to the ones on your door, got to your store to find you are actually closed when website says your not.

But when they have signs throughout apologising for "staff shortages" you just know it's not gonna be a fun experience.

I've been trying to get them to order my medication. They tell me they will message when it's arrived the next week. Each time now I have to reoder it with them. It's been 3 times (2 weeks each) They are rude and unapologetic.

All in one shop pharmacy. Great variety and prices. Can get very busy as well as not much room to move. Highly recommended.

Useless, rude and condescending. Worse service than Bunnings and that’s saying something. No one here to help, then when you do find someone it’s usually some smart remark you get that. 15 min line up just to drop off a script, not get it filled, just drop it off.

Always takes an age to pick up a prescription but put up with it because they are cheaper than other chemists. However, I was recently charged separately for one of my asthma meds and a dispenser. This has never been the case before at Chemist Warehouse or elsewhere but the pharmacist insisted that there was an additional charge for the dispenser.
