IF YOU GET YOUR MEDICATIONS HERE CHECK THEM CAREFULLY!

I'm previously a Customer of over 30 years and I'll never go back. The previous wonderful pharmacist left and since July 2024 has been replaced with someone who is incompetent and arrogant. He made several mistakes with our medication which made me sick, luckily not life threatening, and refuses to explain scripts. Several attempts to get an answer have been met with 'they don't like my tone' and how dare I ask the staff questions. The pharmacist in question actually became abusive towards me even after I had let the matter go. That was the last straw.

Their refusal to answer questions about the script in question has cost me well over $100 more than I needed to pay. The place is already more expensive than everywhere else and the staff aren't able to find answers to reasonably simple questions. As a pensioner with cancer this IS AN INCONVENIENCE.

First time I went there and service along with extremely helpful staff & pharmacist.
It was old fashion service with a smile and even though I had a couple of difficult questions for them they went the extra mile to solve them.

I know that this is a small pharmacy that requires to make a profit to exist BUT on all occasions I have bought something there because it is in walking distance to my home the product purchased IS double the price and in some instances are half the size at any other pharmacy googled. I wanted the particular products and can afford to pay for it but what if I am a pensioner on limited budget. Shame on you for taking advantage when you to are a chain store.
