My family and I have been seeing Dr. Scott since she acquired the practice. She has always provided excellent care to the family with compassion, honesty and straight talk. She is unfortunately under appreciated by some. Excellent doctor.

I'm moving myself and my kids from this practice - the 'Business Manager' is a shocker. I've lived in Campbell for two years now, and have choked down her rudeness because the clinic is so close and the doctors are good - but as of today, I'm done. After a four day stint in hospital I'm not going to be barked at like I'm a moron from reception staff and will find other care.

Unfair treatment from receptionist who claims to be the manager, including inappropriate comments stereotyping based on family clients, no communication regarding changing locations, blaming clients for not being aware of the location change and refusing to admit any responsibility when late for appointments.

As a result, I have been on the phone with my friend for over an hour, calming her down crying because the staff from her regular GP practice were so unfair, unkind and frankly unprofessional. I seriously hope that the management is reconsidered based on this, or at least given appropriate training in customer interactions.

Dr Shenfield is the best GP I have ever seen. He pays close attention to the larger clinical picture and takes the time to explain the things which are occurring and why he's chosen the treatment he has. I feel that he takes me seriously as a patient and I feel very safe in his care. I would strongly recommend Dr Shenfield to anyone.

Have been seeing same doctor for some time. Have brought my wife and children to see the same doctor for around 10 years. Fortunately I havent been unwell for sometime. This disqualifies me from seeing what I considered to be our family doctor.

The reviews reflect the service. An alternative to see a random unknown doctor without any option to wait...

Bulk billing but the worse experience and had to wait an hour for me appointment even tho I came 5 minutes late because I assumed they’d be 10 late. She didn’t listen to what I needed and ignored me and made random appointments I didn’t need but I made clear I didn’t need them and they have continued to call me for two weeks and my emergency contact (that doesn’t feel legal to call them because I didn’t want to continue doing there) it’s so hard to find a doctor these days 🙁 0’stars if I could
