Very impressed with this service. They fit me in and were so lovely to me and my puppy dog. Didn't try to overcharge or sell extras. I'm very impressed with the care and management we received. I would be very comfortable and happy to go back there.

Great service for both my fur babies. My dogs are not easy to handle but these guys always take the time needed to do the job. Would recommend them for anyone being local or travelling through.

Called this morning because my dog was having an allergic reaction, the phone operator seemed to not take the call seriously at all. She said “we have no availability till a weeks time” which I understand but not being supportive or empathetic with the situation at all. She didn’t give any advice I could do in the meantime and was very blunt in saying we can’t see your dog. Very disappointing especially in an emergency situation such as an allergic reaction.

Jessica and the team were very clear, gentle and empathetic as we had to make a very difficult, quick decision. We took our dog Iggy here over across nine years and will return when we have another fur baby in our life. It's not easy work you do. Thank you.

Jessica and the team were absolutely FANTASTIC at looking after our greyhound who had a bout of pancreatitis. Jessica was so caring, thoughtful and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She ensured we understood each step of our dog's treatment and considered the best methods to suit our dog's individual needs and situation. We were so blown away by how amazing all of the staff were and very grateful for getting our very special girl back on her feet. Thank you all 💗

Alice Veterinary Services are absolutely awesome especially if you are on a pension/centrelink benefits they have payment plans that make paying a lot easier. There staff are amazing also and are really helpful no matter what your looking for 🖤💛❤️

My experience with this vet service has been outstanding. I am very happy top have chosen this local vet facility. Friendly staff and vet. Every visit has been a great experience, prompt service and helpful. I appreciate the e-mail reminders when it is time for shots / check ups. This make it very easy to ensure shots are up to date and vet check ups are done on time. Overall rating is excellent!

The staff here are absolutely amazing, everyone is super kind and they take their time answering any/all questions. They treat all sorts of animals, including my rats, which was especially awesome since "exotic" pets aren't accepted everywhere. Recommend the clinic to everyone, and super glad they work in association with the shelter too, which made adopting my kitten even easier, as she was added easily to my file. Love the team heaps!
