i have been going to Bupa since i was young and Dr Alison is who i have gone to in the past and she was the best. I have only just have had a bad experience with an indian tooth cleaner lady. ( unsure of the name). She was very rough when cleaning my teeth and did not talk it through with me at all. My mouth was bleeding and i asked her why did it hurt so much and her response was “ You’re teeth aren’t aligned so your not cleaning them properly i need to clean it all today or you will have to come back” - I have never been told this by any other cleaner from Bupa and i left in tears.

Undoubtedly the best dentist I've ever used. Belinda, the secretary, is the most delightful and helpful secretary I've ever encountered. What a lovely person! Kaejen, my dentist, is really pleasant and caring; he's also a brilliant dentist. It really makes sense to use this place if you're a BUPA member.

I can not stress how highly I recommend enough. Had 2 fillings done, first proper dental clean in over 20 years, a tooth removed AND glued back into place and didn't feel a thing! Very happy!

Despite being an adult I really do not do well at the dentist. I went to get a wisdom tooth removed and was stressing out big time! Dr. Alison is fun and she can put you at ease, I honestly did not feel any pain and I survived and walked out on my own feet. A special mention to the nice nurse who let me squeeze her hand throughout the procedure. Not saying I am dying to be back guys, but definitely next time I'd be in for something I will be relaxed as I know I am in excellent hands!

Dr. Alison is super patient, professional, fun and alway with a big smile on her face. She took 4 of my wisdom teeth off like in one quick snap. The whole process was relaxed and painless.

The dental assistants and the ladies at the front reception desk are super helpful and welcoming.
